My wife and I wanted to inform you of our very pleasant, stress free car purchase experience at Ajax Mazda. My family just got off the plane from living overseas for 3 years and I found your advertisement for a Highlander Hybrid on Autotrader. I called your dealership and was transferred to Kelly Horbatuik, who answered my questions. On Monday, she picked my wife and I up from the GO Train station and proceeded to do the test drive. Her honest and sincere approach was really appreciated as she said that she was not that familiar with this car as it had just come in. When we were making an offer, she gave us a couple of options to choose from to get to our desired price.
We went to see Nathan next and he was very helpful with no pressure to purchase any of the other options for the car. He was very patient and explained all the details. At the end, Kelly drove us back to the GO station to catch the train back to Mimico.
Your employees were very friendly, honest and paid attention to detail with no pressure to purchase compared to our other previous experiences when purchasing a car. Although is was quite a long day, it was time well spent and overall a great experience. I would definitely return and recommend your dealership based on our experience with Kelly and Nathan even though we live on the west side of Toronto. The deciding factor for me was definitely the help i recieved from one of your salespeople, Duane Mohamed. He took the time to speak to me about different vehicles and what they could offer. He didn't try to push me toward one car or another, he simply gave me the information I needed to make an informed decision. He wanted to make sure that I received the vehicle in the colour I wanted with the features I wanted, not just what was on the lot. He was patient and answered all my questions. On Friday, February 8th, the day which we had 25cm of snow fall. I received a phone call from my son who was at the Ajax Go Transit station. He had left his vehicle to go and clear the snow from the outside so he could leave, and upon doing so locked the keys in the car. With the severe weather conditions, I knew that I wasn't able to venture out. After making several unsuccessful phone calls to contact people for help, I arrived at the notion to call the dealership nearby where we purchased 2 Mazda's from your great sales representative Duane. Thankfully, he was in and he immediately took it upon himself to help! His simple and random act of kindness is something that doesn’t occur often in our fast paced and rushed society, especially in the weather conditions that we were dealt with on Friday. He was very thoughtful in his aid to not only cut a key for my car, but he drove out to the station and gave it to my son, which allowed him to arrive safely home. I am truly impressed and happy with his generousity, he definitely went above and beyond with his act of kindness outside of the workplace, and I thought that this shouldn’t go unnoticed.

My story at Ajax Mazda--I went to Ajax Mazda for a service with my 10 years old Protege and I spent some time in the showroom looking at the new models. As my wife-s birthday was approaching and she needed a car I thought I-d make her a surprise gift and buy her a new car. I knew she would like to try a Ford Fiesta but I also knew she-d never seen a Mazda 2.--Mark Safarjalani was the sales consultant that offer to help me and took me for a test drive with a Mazda 2. I knew my wife was about to love it! I told Mark about my plan and he clicked right away- he was eager to be part of it and make a real surprise. --I bought the car on the spot and I was about to pick it up the next weekend. Still, as I was told in the very end, something unexpected happened: the day before delivery a small paint defect was discovered on top of the car. Ajax Mazda team decided it was unacceptable- as they didn-t have an identical car in color -and the color was important for the gift- they decided they-d rather deliver a better model in that color! Our son was getting married on October 1st in Kitchener.
My brother-in-law from Colorado was driving my wife's 2009 Mazda 6 when the Check Engine Light came on.
